"Emporiki Bank - Bulgaria" EAD finances purchases of community housings as well.
Loans are granted in EUR with max loan amount up to 95% of the property price VAT incl. based on order for purchase (local taxes and fees described in the order should not be included in the loan amount).
Interest rates and other product parameters are as per the current mortgage loan offers of the Bank.
